HOW TO USE:

1. Use a gentle cleanser to clean the skin and avoid wearing anything metallic.

2. Using your hands, thoroughly apply a conductive gel liberally then use a spray bottle of water to reactivate it on the areas where it has become a little less wet.

3. Glide the device and massage thoroughly covering the cheeks, jawline, the T-zone, forehead and the neck (avoid thyroid glands).
